1st time, good surprise. My son n I ordered the €48- menu + €30- wine paring. Excellent service & food & wine. Walked out very sacrificed Following our menu in photos. 1-Salty Oreo biscuit with Parmesan cheese 2-Thai style steak tartare in one bite 3-Croques Monsieur with truffle & Ham from Vendee 4-Starter white wine, I it 5-Perfect egg in Taco & Mexican spices 6-Miso & wasabi butter with homemade ciabatta bread 7-Maki style pan fried Foie Gras. Exquisite 8-Spanish wine with a hint of Porto flavour. Not bad 9-Main course, Skate Grenoblesois Style, accompany with Grandma mashed potatoes 10-Last wine also white,nose woody & very sweet. 11-Poaches white peach , white chocolate with olive oil, cream, Melice ice-cream with Peach emulsion. 12- good old creamy coffee.

The restaurant was good and the plates were innovative and tasty! Just some comments: -When offering water please specify is paying, as the bottle you bring is not from a brand or a new closed bottle, you let people think it is a normal free carafe and then each bottle is 5 euros! -Please write down somewhere the Plats du Jour as it was a bit hard to understand what they were and we ended up ordering something we wouldn't have ordered. -The soap in the bathroom was pure water, please put real soap, if that is the soap your cookers use is not a good signal of hygiene.

Very cool place. They could charge 2-3x as well without being unreasonable. No complaints, everything perfect.

The food was amazing, atmosphere nice with nice music. Comfortable setting. The AC was blowing a bit too much, but I chose a bad seat for that. Service was normal just like in a normal bistro, nothing special or extraordinary. I highly recommend the aubergine as I always get it, the shrimp, and foie gras sushi.

Great dining experience. Living in Paris, there are plenty of selections for exceptional dining, but this establishment stands out. Highly recommended.

Loved the gastronomy produced by L'experience Pierre Lambert! All the dishes complemented each other so well - execution and service both were excellent. The food felt light and fresh with sea food and vegetarian oprions in majority! Would love to go again and highly recommend it.. cheers!
